Completed in January 2026, project at The Palms marked the beginning of our vision. All villas were fully sold within ten months, reflecting strong market demand and confidence in the project.

Following the success of our project at Palms, Anjuna Aurora continues the next chapter of Anjuna Bay.

Comprising 73 villas, the development has already seen strong demand, with 43 residences sold or reserved (data as of June 2026). A limited collection of 20 spectacular ocean-view villas remains available, offering an opportunity to own a home just a short walk from Thomas Beach via private beach access.

Latest Construction Update

Over the past two weeks, excavation works have commenced across this project development area, making the next stage of construction. Site preparation continues to progress according to schedule as work advances across the project.

Excavation works will continue over the coming weeks as the site is prepared for the next phase of structural development.

Positioned along the main road of Jalan Labuan Sait, Anjuna Village’s retail promenade is set to become a vibrant destination within the neighbourhood. Planned to accommodate a curated mix of cafés, restaurants, retail shops, wellness concepts, and lifestyle retailers, the commercial precinct is designed to complement the daily needs of residents and visitors alike.

Construction is scheduled for completion by mid-August 2026. Of the 108 retail units, approximately 50% have already been sold or resolved, with a growing collection of well-known lifestyle brands choosing Anjuna Village as their future home, including Beku, Yubi, Maison Mata, Sensatia Botanicals, Deus Ex Machina, Sundari Day Spa, Rob Peetoom, Semeton Pharmacy, and Seaside Stories.

Latest Construction Update

Construction has continued to progress steadily over the past two weeks.

• Column concreting has reached approximately 80% completion.
• Beam formwork the front building has progressed significantly.
• Tie beam formwork, soil filling, lean concrete, and foundation formwork are now underway across the site.
• Paving block installation for front shops has been completed.

Coming Up

The next phase of works will focus on:

• Roof topping-off for western units at the front building.
• Soil filling, tie beam reinforcement and slab works at one of the Ocean View units.
