Over the coming month, works will advance with foundation and column concrete casting, swimming pool structural construction and MEP installation, as well as the ground floor concrete slab, keeping the project on schedule.

Construction has reached several key milestones this month, including the completion of paving works from the central to the western building, installation of drainage grilles, and preparation of the parking area. Wall finishing is progressing in two units within the western building, while electrical installations have been completed in two units in the central building, alongside the application of the façade’s textured finish.
